Common causes that may cause damage to A11VO oil pump:
1. The oil pump is not filled with oil before starting the oil pump
2. The liquid level in the fuel tank is too low (noise may often be heard at the oil suction pipe)
3. Add the filter to the suction port. The filter is blocked or not replaced for a long time, or the suction pipe is too thin. The negative pressure can be measured below -0.2bar at the suction port.
4. The oil viscosity is high, the speed is too high and the oil pump is often working at a large displacement, the negative pressure can be measured below -0.2bar at the oil suction port
5. The system oil particle pollution exceeds the standard and is wear-resistant particles
6. The oil pump works for a long time under low pressure (<10bar) and large displacement conditions
7. The case back pressure is too high (shaft seal leakage), the leakage pipe is too thin, a check valve with high back pressure is installed, or it is connected with other high back pressure pipelines
